Wave typeface
This typeface design is inspired by waves, sea corals, and summer. It was created to support and showcase the importance of sea corals. Indeed, the typeface is created in all caps, san-serif, and thick.
The why: After doing research on an idea, I was interested on representing and showcasing summer feels and sea corals in my work. As we know, sea corals are known to become extinct in the near future and I wanted to keep their presence alive, so I created this typeface inspired by them.

Process
The brief required me to create a display typeface. The option of either creating uppercase or lowercase was given and I chose to develop an uppercase display typeface. I created this typeface for the Great Barrier Reef and to be used in their advertisements such as videos, billboards, and social media posts. As we know, at least 90% of corals in the Great Barrier Reef has died during one of the worst coral bleaching events. Thus, I was inspired mainly by them to create this typeface.
